It’s not only already Monday but now it’s April too? What the heck? Anyway, Judith is taking her vacation turn so I’m handling the roundup again this week. And I know I said last week that we’d do a much better job but we haven’t really, have we? And I’m sorry to admit that the next few weeks are going to be terrible for me school-wise but I’ll try to keep up with everything! So let’s get to it:
Yet again we have the Kindle Fire contest. It’s not tough, just write 1000 words on your dream wedding. Actually just 1000 would be crazy hard for me, I could do like 4000-5000 easily. Most of them being “open bar” and “late night chicken fingers”. Cause I’m classy.
And here are our reviews for the week:
1. Judith reviewed Running Wide Open by Lisa Nowak and gives it 9/10 despite the fact that it is a total dude book involving stock car racing and has zero romance! But in the end who can say no to a great coming-of-age story?
2. I reviewed Lethally Blonde by Patrice Lyle and also gave it a 9/10. It was awesome! And fun, well-written, and lighthearted while still being about spying and paranormal stuff and I almost hope it’s the first in a series.
Oh wow, and that’s it for reviews. Judith did let you know what she’s reading, and explain why she’s suddenly in love with Texas, but that’s all I’ve got. But I promise we’ll keep trying and, the only words I can leave you with are: “here’s to God and football and…good friends living large in Texas.” Cause you can never go wrong when Tim Riggins is involved, right?
