Let me tell you how it works around here: you ask for it and we give it to you! I have a copy of Cursed straight from Book Expo 2012. I waited in line to get this bad boy (for reals, was almost shivved at one point since I didn’t stay in my numbered place in line; those book blogger gals were SCARY) and now feel like it’s a bit of a waste that Ellen and I have two copies. But but but, that just means that I have one copy for you. You, yes, you. Natch to the person who gets that reference.
Important details! This is a paperback ARC of Cursed. By entering our contest you accept that you cannot sell it or earn money off of it in any way. You must be 18 years of age or have parental consent to enter (I will check!). I will only ship within the USA (unless of course you still want to enter and can send me some money to ship it because running a blog is expensive, people!)
Here’s how you can win. There are a bunch of ways so you must leave a comment telling us how you are entering otherwise it will not count:
The Traditional:
1. Follow us on Twitter (@iloveyafiction)
2. Follow us on Facebook
3. Sign up for our emails (iloveyafiction.com and go to the right side bar)
The Not-So Traditional
4. In your comment, tell us how you would kiss your bf/gf if you couldn’t touch them? <—–Totally suggested by Jennifer L Armentrout herself!
5. Write us a haiku (about how awesome we are, how awesome Jennifer L Armentrout is, how awesome you are…the sky’s the limit. The funny ones I’ll post somewhere too btw)
Contest will run from July 5th – 13th 2012 (EST). Winner will be announced July 14th. I use Text Mechanic’s Random Contest Picker to select a winner (and it’s a very tedious process so nobody bother me early morning on July 14th! Plus it’s French Independence Day and we all know what that means around here! Wine Fest 2012 if you know what I’m sayin’.)
Good luck!

That sucks even more.

/ July 6, 2012Hello! I followed on twitter (I’m b_ls), Facebook (Brittany s), and by email!! I first had to google Haiku’s then had to fine English examples haha!
If my touch would kill it would be hard to kiss. You’d probably have to get creative….like….finding a way to be immortal so you couldn’t die. Any other way would just be no fun!! Haha for lack of a better idea.

I would try every possible way to kiss him. plastic wrap. maybe find some kind of lip stick or something that doesnt allow my boyfriend to die. I mean you obviously want to be able to feel it.

So… I’m following through Twitter (@sontrei), FB page (Alaiel Kreuz) and e-mail (alaiel.kreuz AT gmail.com).
Kiss comment: I would put a thin layer of silicone between us… That should make the kiss real enough, right? Not as good as skin against skin but close xD
Haiku (this is going to be so much fun!):
Hard not to love
something so amazing
as Jen’s creations
Hahahaha, the haiku is the best request for an entry ever!!! I tried to keep the 5-7-5 rule as best as I could
And I think it worked, woohoo!

I would anything that kept our lips from actually touching each other but still be able to feel the kiss. I would try plastic wrap like in Pushing Daisies, a plastic bag, a napkin, mesh anything thing to get a kiss in!

How to kiss without touching? I think just leaning into each other and feeling each others breath on your face and getting so close to kiss but but kissing is just as good as the real thing…
