From time to time, we ask for guest reviewers on the site. Either out of necessity (our backlog of books is ENORMOUS, people! I’m talking 50+ at the moment) or a desire to team up with I Love YA Fiction, we’ve had guests from all over the country who put their own unique spin on YA.
Here is a list of our current and past guest reviewers:
Brittany Scramuzzo, from the Book Addict’s Guide (current guest reviewer): Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m in my mid-twenties (which still sounds really weird to say) and I’ve been a Chicago-suburbanite all of those twenty-something years, minus the two years I spent down in the cornfields of central Illinois. Sounds a bit boring, right? Well that’s why I read books! I actually didn’t truly find my love for YA until about a year ago. I was just testing the waters with Harry Potter and Twilight until I picked up The Hunger Games and HAD to have more dystopians. Turns out there were a ton of dystopian novels that were YA and I picked one up and never looked back! My blog actually started off focusing on mysteries and chick lit until I really found my niche, so I’ll always have a soft spot for those, but mainly I’m an avid reader of YA fiction that specifically covers the dystopian, paranormal, and contemporary romance genres.
